Germany Pics!

I'm two months late but I'm finally posting some pics of Germany. You will see that my trip was more about being with friends than the actual country itself. I was just so excited to see Stac that everything else was secondary. And what a hostess! She was absolutely fantastic to us... she stocked her refrigerator full of food and when we left, that fridge was empty.

The country was beautiful though. Usually when I travel I end up staying in a big city the whole time, but this was so fun because I actually got to see the countryside. And let's get to whats really important... I found the German men to be really good looking.

The Bachelor!

The Bachelor Is Back! I watched it last night and laughed soooo hard, as well as spent most of it with my hands covering my face because I was embarrassed for them. What is the matter with these people? I was going to vlog it because there was some pretty funny stuff...like the fact Jake throws a football like a girl. Or the fact he cried within 2 min's of the show being on. Or that the only normal girl there (ELIZABETH, YOU CAN DO BETTER!) he didn't pick. But the Crazies? He was all over that mess. Like a moth to a flame. This is going to be one train wreck of a season and I'm looking forward to it.

Ok, so in 1.5 min's Raina has managed to be 10x funnier than any of my vlogs. Just. Not. Right. This is my best friend, Tami's daughter. Precious.


I guess I should say why Tami had Raina say "mind's well". Basically that was Tami once again making fun of me...

Back in college, I wrote a note to Katherine saying "you mind's well do this". Katherine decided to wait until our gang of friends were together to bring this up - you know how Katherine just LOVES an audience. I didn't understand what was so funny about saying "mind's well". Growing up in NC we used that expression all the time. It wasn't until they said..."did you mean to say 'MIGHT AS WELL'?" that I actually got it. But it will always be Mind's Well to me.

Which reminds me of other things I said that I thought were normal...

Mussmellon. Other people say Cantelope.

"You make me feel like a mansion of a woman". Never understood why any woman would want to feel like a mansion. Is that some kind of fat joke? Then I learned it was Natural Woman. yes...I like that version better.

Hunyuck. This is what my mom would call me when I did something she didn't approve of: "People are going to think I raised a Hunyuck!" Didn't know what it was, but I knew it couldn't be good.

I'm sure I'll think of other ones too.
